Bio:

in the PCO business since 1995, is currently leading BCO Congresos, the congress division of Grupo Barceló dedicated to meetings management, association management and business events consulting and has positioned the brand as one of the top references in congress management worldwide.

He is a strategist and expert in business plan development and bid planning. He served IAPCO as a council member for 18 years where he held the position of President as well as Chair of the Training Academy among others. He also is a World PCO Alliance member since 2012 and Immediate Past President of the alliance.

He is a firm believer of sharing knowledge, experience and best practices with all stakeholders involved in the business events industry and to grow the quality standards for our industry.
