Bio:

Leticia holds a degree in Philology and Translation, a specialization in Foreign Trade, and a Master’s degree in Business Tourism. She has developed her professional career in various private companies within the automotive, logistics, and industrial sectors, managing several European markets, particularly Germany. She has lived in countries such as Russia, China, and Germany — experiences that have shaped her international mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and a curious, open approach to life and business. She is currently Sales Manager at Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC), focusing on the attraction and management of national and international events, contributing to positioning the Basque Country as a competitive MICE destination. Within the ICCA Iberian Chapter, she believes collaboration, shared learning, and authentic connections are key drivers of industry growth.
